Can I return or exchange my online order?
Unfortunately, Gemi Green does not accept returns on purchases. We have an expansive inventory of items to manage and do our very best to delight each customer. We do not accept changes or cancellations once an order is placed, as a general rule of thumb. However, should you place an order and need to make a change within 24 hours, connect with our team via email at hello@gemigreen.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change request, but cannot make any guarantees depending on where we are in the fulfillment process.
When will I receive my plants?
Online orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Transit time varies based on the shipping method. The typical turnaround time from ordering to delivery at your door is about 1-2 weeks. You will receive email notifications from both Gemi Green and the delivery channel so you can track the arrival of your purchase (s).
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@gemigreen.com Customer must be able to provide proof of the issue at hand (either through photo or video) so our team is able to assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. We ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 24-hour window of when the product was delivered, provide proof of the issue or any alterations to the product will void the product replacement offer.
How do I care for my Gemi Green plant (s)?
There are tons of articles and video resources online that provide information on how to care for your specific type of plant (s). However, Gemi Green also provides video consultations where you can speak with an expert who will assess your plant and let you know what steps to take to keep it healthy or restore it to its original condition (if possible). You can click on the Book menu link above to schedule a consultation.
Will you replace my plant if it dies or is damaged once in my care?
Once you receive your plant, proper care and maintenance is your responsibility. Gemi Green will not replace plants that die or are damaged due to insufficient care. However, should your plant arrive damaged or in poor condition, please connect with our support team and we will make it right!
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, you may select free local pick-up when checking out online.
What can I expect when receiving the package?
Your plants or items are carefully wrapped and packed to prevent damage while in transit. All plants, unless stated in the description, will arrive in their grow pot.
Repotting your new plant upon arrival
We recommend leaving your plant in its grow pot for 2 weeks before repotting, that will help it acclimate to its new environment.
Will I receive the exact plant in the picture online?
Your plant may be the one shown in the website photo or one similar to it. However, it will always be the exact type and name referenced in the product description and a gorgeous plant that meets Gemi Green’s high standards of quality. We oride ourselves on ensuring our customers receive only the very best plants.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order should ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. This is known as the fulfillment time.
Please note that the fulfillment timeline is separate from time in transit, the time in transit is based on location and mail carrier. So, your items may be delivered to your door within 1-2 weeks from when the order was placed.
