RETURNS, ORDER CHANGES & REFUNDS
Gemi Green does not accept returns on any online items. All sales are final once shipped. We will only allow changes or cancelations to be made within 24 hours of placing an order. By placing an online order with Gemi Green, you are agreeing to this policy.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. We suggest customers take a video of the unboxing of their item(s) to show the state that they are in once unboxed. Photos may also be included but are not recommended as the only source of proof. We ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant prior to contacting our support team. Failure to contact us within the 24-hour window, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity.
LOST/STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY
If a package is marked by a carrier as delivered but is not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the package. Gemi Green is not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. Gemi Green does not have the ability to track shipped packages from our end nor are we liable for the packages if intercepted or rerouted by the customer.
